As per our Terms of Service, all fees and subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription on the same day you sign up will not qualify for a refund.

Olinke already offers a free plan, so no additional discounts are available. However, tax-exempt organizations can contact us with their IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status to learn more about options. If you're part of our Partner Program, you may receive codes redeemable for select services.

You can view your billing details and invoices by visiting the Billing & Usage section in your account settings. If you're on the Enterprise plan, invoicing follows a different process. Please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
